New Look to Site

In order to accomodate the upcoming series of extension bulletins on potato diseases in Michigan I have re-designed the website. I have split the website into two, michigan potato diseases and www.lateblight.org with lateblight.org now being part of the michigan potato diseases website. Lateblight.org will be accessable from the michigan potato diseases website under the heading "Disease Prediction". As they are released new extension bulletins will start to appear under the foliar and tuber diseases pages.
